The automobile charging pile production line is highly specialized and collaborative, with significant core advantages:
1. Using the power roller track conveying method, products are transported through PVC trays with fast clamps, which can flexibly fix products of various specifications and adapt to the assembly needs of charging piles.
2. Each standard conveying section is independently driven and controlled, equipped with pneumatic blockers and in-place detection photoelectric switches. Through sensor linkage, orderly conveying between workstations is achieved to avoid congestion and improve circulation efficiency.
3. The upper and lower lines use KBK hoisting and gantry cranes, and are equipped with pneumatic balanced cantilever cranes, booster robot chucks and other equipment to realize mechanized transfer and assembly from empty shells to finished products and reduce manual intensity.
4. Set up complete workstations such as pre-assembly, final assembly, testing, and caching, equipped with auxiliary facilities such as lighting, fans, and process kanban, and combine MES system interfaces to build a standardized production environment to ensure a stable production capacity of 16 units per shift. The entire line follows a number of safety standards, electrical and gas circuit design specifications, and has automatic and manual dual control modes to ensure safe operation and reliable equipment operation.
