I. The charging pile production line is used for charging pile assembly production and online testing.
1. The production line adopts a power raceway conveying method, and the products are placed on trays for conveying. The tray can quickly hold a variety of products.
2. The product shell is hoisted by KBK and gantry cranes respectively on the upper, lower and lower lines.
3. Empty pallets are automatically picked up by a palletizer and placed on the transfer cart beside the line. After stacking a certain number, the thread ends are manually pushed back and lifted onto the line by KBK.
4. The production line consists of 1.8m and 2.4m standard conveying sections of Nuogan. Each standard section is equipped with an independent drive system and can be controlled individually. Each standard section can be used as an assembly station and one product can be placed.
II. Control method of charging pile production line:
During assembly operation, after the product is transported to the current standard section, the stopper automatically blocks the product and tray, and the roller automatically stops;
When assembly is completed, when it needs to be transported to the next station, the sensor at the next station automatically determines whether the next station is empty. If it is empty, it will only be effective if the conveying button is pressed at the previous station. The rollers at the front and back stations start to roll at the same time, and the product is automatically transported from the previous station to the next station. If it is not empty, pressing the transport button at the previous station will be invalid, and the rollers at the front and rear stations will not move.
