1. The core process of the automated assembly line of the ring network cabinet: the assembly line and the ground rail moving line are arranged in a high-low structure, and there is a turning structure between the two, which can automatically turn the ring network cabinet on the assembly line to the ground rail moving line. There are skeleton splicing mechanisms on both sides of the assembly line, and there are assembly mechanisms on both sides of the ground rail moving line, which can realize automated assembly and improve assembly accuracy and efficiency.
2. Roller conveying assembly line: This assembly line includes a main line roller conveying line. Two rows of rollers are arranged on both sides of the main line roller conveying line. A plurality of jacking transfer tables are arranged between the double rows of rollers. A plurality of assembly stations are also arranged on both sides of the double rows of rollers. The horizontal position of the jacking transfer table corresponds to the assembly station table. Power rollers are respectively provided on both sides of the assembly station table and the jacking transfer table. The jacking transfer table is equipped with a lifting device, which can realize the automatic assembly of the ring network cabinet, making the production process compact and orderly.
Each assembly unit equipment of the ring network cabinet assembly line is a separate spatial intelligent stacking system, consisting of intelligent feeding modules, machine vision modules, carriers, carrier conveying and positioning modules, robot modules, etc., which can adapt to different models and specifications. Production of ring network cabinets improves the flexibility and adaptability of the production line.
